Alderwook Park/Cascadia Healthcare is pleased to announce the availability of our secure online payments portal.  The TransactCare™ web portal allows you to track outstanding balances and make secure payments online via all major credit cards as well as direct debits via the proprietary .pay™ ACH/eCheck network.

Get Started with TransactCare
Create a TransactCare account using one of the three ways:

• Sign up at transactcare.com/login
• Scan the QR code below
• Wait for the invite email from support@transactcare.com that is coming soon to your inbox

From the TransactCare website:

• Search by organization, choose Cascadia Healthcare, choose Alderwood Park
• Search for the resident using their Alderwood account number or MRN, last name, and date of birth.

Making a payment

• Each month log in to your TransactCare account
• Choose the payment amount and payment source
• Set up recurring payments IS THIS AN OPTION?
